Neat and clean hotel at prominent location. Food is very expensive and low quality. Rooms as well as food are not worth the price. Should have been much cheaper.

very bad experience. we were forced to stay in a room which was a lesser grade room than what we had booked. our booked room (luxury room) was given to some other customer. to add to this, the hotel room didn't have hot water available (in december climate)...hot water plant was not working. buckets of hot water were supplied on complaining and reminding. heater wasn't working in the room, the electric cables were broken ones...had to call an electrician to connect. bathroom accessories were in a bad condition..jet spray holder wasnt there. an hour went in getting all these fixed. breakfast spread was very limited and was of average grade. coconut chutney with no coconut in it. complete lack of coordination between management and front end staff. suggest to avoid staying there. only good point is the location..it is very close to krishna janmashtan temple.

The hotel is well furnished and decorated. Rooms are spacious. But services are very poor. I'll discourage everybody from staying here.

The hotel is pretty big and attractingly decorated. Rooms are spacious. All other things are just sub-standard. Hot water is not available in bathroom. After asking the reception, half bucket is sent. Electric connection in our room no. 103 was erratic. Lift was not working for pretty long time. In spite of spendind 3 nights, rooms were not cleaned even once, nor linens were changed. Food items do not have varieties. Packaged water was chatged 50% more than other hotels including taj bengal in kolkata. I'll suggest everybody not to book rooms here.

The property is newly renovated. Rooms are good. Food taste is tasty 😋. Staff is cooperative and the location is very good near the Krishna Janambhumi. I would recommend to stay in this hotel in Mathura.

Hotel is clean and near to dwarikadhish mandir, currently under renovation, so lot of noise and most of the room doors don't have proper locking system.
